Custom Designed Signs
We endeavour to be helpful and accommodating to everyone's requests and requirements. For this reason, we have provided a few points below to maximise your experience with Debney Design.

How our system works:
1. You provide as much information as possible, sketches or pictures will help with the most accurate quoting. Please let us know of your general location so we can estimate your P&H requirements.
2. Should you choose to accept the quote, we will provide a photo realistic image and drawing of your custom sign or products. We request that great consideration is taken when accepting the quote as producing concepts is quite time consuming.
3. You advise us of any changes or corrections you would like to see. Price will be adjusted depending on extent of alterations.
4. 50% deposit received and final approval prior to processing acknowledged. This can be done via direct deposit, invoice or PayPal. Please note; items to the value of $150 and below will be asked to be paid in full.
5. Items are processed, usually within two weeks of deposit. Depending on the complexity, requirements and current workloads, lead times can be longer.
6. Item is processed and confirmation pictures sent with final amounts due prior to shipping.
7. Items dispatched and received in 3-10 days depending on opted freight / postage type. Signs are shipped as Flat Pack to avoid damage and are provided with full assembly instructions and hardware.

If you are contacting us for the first time, please have as much information available so we can work quicker with you to provide a quote, concept and delivery of your products. Here is some things you should consider before requesting a quote:

+ Take a look through our extensive styles, we may have already produced something you like.
+ What shape and style - Rectangle, circle, oval or other?
+ What size - Standard 500mm (W) x 250mm (H) start from $80 + P&H. Any size available up to maximum of 3000mm x 1500mm.
+ What material finish is required - Rusty, old patina, brushed stainless, timber or powder coat from one of many available colours?
+ Do you require a backing to contrast your sign? Are multi colour layers or double sided required?
+ Where is the sign going to be placed - Games room, front fence, in the weather, undercover, ect?
+ What is your item being fixed to and what colour is it? This helps establish your colour / style and hardware requirements.
+ And finally, if you are unsure of what exactly you would like, we are only to happy to work with you and give you suggestions.
Some helpful tips:
+ All our items are cleaned and clear wrapped prior to packing to ensure maximum protection from dust, damage and contamination.
+ Rusty and brushed stainless are generally cheaper than powder coated items.
+ Timber is only recommended for undercover. If out in the weather, a powder coated metal backing is advised.
+ In regards to brushed stainless, the protective wrapping is best left on until the sign is mounted to reduce finger marks. Clean with acetone.
+ All rusty signs are real "surface rust'. This process is initially accelerated with non toxic acid water mixture and then rinsed with clean water. Rusty signs are not recommended to mounted to light coloured walls and we insist on spacers to reduce bleeding if in the weather.
+ All items are provided with radius corners for safety.
+ All items are supplied with mounting holes and stainless security type timber screws in most instances.
